Mae system ParentPay yn ffordd fwy cyfleus a diogel i chi dalu am brydau ysgol ar-lein. Er mwyn dechrau defnyddio ParentPay, byddwch yn derbyn llythyr gydag enw defnyddiwr a chyfrinair unigryw. Bydd rhaid i chi ddefnyddio'r wybodaeth hon pan fyddwch yn mewngofnodi am y tro cyntaf. Hefyd, bydd angen arnoch gyfeiriad e-bost dilys.

Trwy ddefnyddio'ch cyfrif ParentPay, gallwch wneud y canlynol:

• talu am brydau ysgol ac eitemau eraill megis tripiau ysgol, gwisg ysgol ac ati.
• gweld hanes yr holl daliadau rydych wedi'u gwneud
• creu un cyfrif ar gyfer eich holl blant
• cael derbynebau a negeseuon e-bost awtomatig yn eich atgoffa bod angen rhoi rhagor o arian yn eich cyfrif. Gallwch dderbyn negeseuon atgoffa trwy neges destun ond mae yna ffi o 6c y neges ar gyfer y gwasanaeth hwn. Mae derbynebau a negeseuon atgoffa dros e-bost yn rhad ac am ddim.

Ni fydd angen i chi anfon eich plant i'r ysgol gydag arian parod neu sieciau, mae'r taliadau'n digwydd ar unwaith a bydd yr arian ar gael yn syth ar gyfrif eich plentyn.  Ni fyddwn yn derbyn taliadau arian parod/sieciau am brydau ysgol yn yr ysgol. Os oes angen i chi barhau i wneud taliadau trwy ddefnyddio arian parod, gallwch ddefnyddio PayPoint sydd ar gael mewn nifer o siopau lleol yn y Sir.

On line paying sytem : PARENTPAY

ParentPay is more convenient, safe and secure way for you to pay for school meals online.  In order to use ParentPay you will have received a letter with a unique username and password from the school. You must use this information when logging into the system for the first time. You will also need an active e-mail address.

Using your ParentPay account you will be able to:

• pay for school meals and other items such as school trips, uniforms etc.
• see the history of all the payments you have made
• create one account for all of your children
• receive receipts and automated reminders to top up your balance by email. Email reminders and receipts are free. You can receive reminders by SMS but there is a 6p charge per text for this service

You will no longer have to send your children to school with cash or cheques, payments are immediate and will credit your child’s account straight away. The school no longer will accept cash/cheque payments in school for school meals.

If you'd prefer not to pay online for school meals, you will be able to top up your ParentPay account by cash at local convenience stores, displaying the PayPoint logo.  

*PayPoint payments can take up to 36 hours to show in your ParentPay account.

THE SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE YOUR REGISTRATION DETAILS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER VIA THE WEBSITE UNTIL YOU HAVE THE LETTER FROM SCHOOL
